Keynote speakers confirmed for the upcoming ENGYS User Group Meeting in London, United Kingdom, on 3, 4 and 5 September 2018.
We are delighted to announce Dr. Henry Bensler of Volkswagen and Mr. Stefano Capra of Foster + Partners as keynote speakers at the upcoming ENGYS User Group Meeting 2018.
Dr. Bensler's presentation will review past activities at Volkswagen on the industrialisation of the CFD adjoint-based computation of sensitivity maps, and present current efforts towards establishing an interactive vehicle aerodynamics design process based on Reduced Order Modeling. Meanwhile, Mr. Capra's presentation will be focused on the application of CFD methods at Foster + Partners to evaluate the performance and suitability of building designs and urban environments.
In addition to the keynote presenters, there will be talks from major players in industry about the use of our open-source CFD products HELYX and ELEMENTS in the context of R&D, including Panasonic, WSP Group, SMS Siemag, Grundfos, BMW, Volvo, IES, MAHLE and many others.
